About Angela Pernisco

I have always had a passion for home ownership and began combing the real estate pages for properties when I was 18 years old. In 1998, I married Claudio, a successful local contractor, and we have been a close knit team ever since. My love of homes and firsthand experience with remodels and additions made it a natural transition to obtain my real estate license in 2001. Since that time, I have had the honor of assisting hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes, rental properties and rehab projects.

In 2008, I returned to college to obtain an MBA in Marketing degree at Marylhurst University. This degree has allowed me to hone my marketing skills and deliver top notch service. I am a skilled negotiator adept at securing the best possible terms for my clients and savvy at navigating the real estate transaction as a whole.

Whether you are a buyer purchasing your first home looking for direction and coaching through the decision making process, a household transitioning into a larger home needing to negotiate a smooth move, a family dealing with life changes such as death/divorce or an investor wanting to build your portfolio, I will work closely with your individual needs to make the transaction smooth.
